Nonrefundable Policies
Please note that our deposits required to hold animals are nonrefundable. However, we understand that things come up and you may not be able to bring home an animal at the time you originally planned. That's why we offer the option to transfer your deposit under our discretion to future litters to ensure that you never feel pressured to bring home an animal at a time that may not be ideal.
Privacy & Safety
At Hooks 'n Hatching, we take your privacy and payment security very seriously. We ensure that none of your personal data or information is ever shared, and all payment are taken through professional third-party applications such as Paypal. You can trust us to keep your information safe and secure.
Shipping inquiries
Our package handling time is typically 1-5 days, depending on the availability of the product you are purchasing, and eggs are only shipped in the beginning of the week to avoid weekend postal delays. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping of anything to Hawaii due to state licensing requirements. All of our shipping rates vary based on the distance and weight of your purchase.
